When will our booking be complete and scheduled?

After your payment of the deposit.

How much deposit do we have to pay and to which account number?

The deposit amounts to the amount of our operating costs +21% VAT. The account number: see invoice/quote.

When do we need to provide the details for the invoice?

When preparing the quote, we need to know all the details such as: name, address, contact person, mobile number, person on site, address of the location, VAT number for companies, announcement, reference, etc.

When should we report the correct number of participants, portions, and food choices?

No later than 2 weeks prior to the event. A small adjustment is possible up to 1 week in advance.

Are plates, cutlery and napkins provided?

We provide disposable ecological plates, cutlery and napkins as standard. Renting fixed bowls/plates and cutlery is also possible.

What happens to the waste of plates, cutlery and napkins?

This is collected and processed by the organizer. On request, we can take this with you at a cost of €45 + 21% VAT/max 2 bags.

How many types of dishes/snacks can we choose?

4 to 6 types of snacks per formula.
3 types of dishes per formula. (+option 4 types with an additional charge of 1.50€ per person)
1 type of soup or 1 type of cold Thai salad per formula.
1 to 2 types of dessert per formula.

What list can we choose dishes from?

You can choose from our offerings on the website or in the PDF attached to our presentation mail. You can request sushi; in mutual consultation, we will put together an offer tailored to your wishes and budget.

What kind of utilities does the food truck need?

3 x a 16-20A household socket on a separately secured circuit.
We can also branch out from industrial sockets. (16-32-63A red or blue plugs). If your location does not have enough power supply, we can rent out a power generator for €90 + 21% VAT, then we only need 1 socket from the location.

When will the food truck arrive? When does the food truck leave?

Our food truck arrives about 2 to 2.5 hours before the start of the event. Our food truck departs within 1 hour of being operational. We have the power circuits until we leave.

What should we do in case of food allergies and intolerances?

You ask your guests about this, you let us know at least 2 weeks before the event. We will provide you with a customized menu as far as possible.

Can the food truck come and be installed anywhere?

Our food trucks can only reach stable (paved) surfaces. Both the location and the way to it. Taking into account a width of 2.5 meters and 3 meters of free height. The location must be at least 7 meters long and 3.5 m deep. We reserve the right to stop driving if the road or location is unpaved, muddy or on a slope.

Are permits required?

We have all the necessary permits, inspections, FASFC approval and BA insurance. If you ask us to place the food truck on public roads, you will request the necessary permits from the city or municipality where the event will take place, “public road intake”.

Can the food truck enter the LEZ zone?

Yes, that's possible, but you must always inform us 2 weeks prior to the event so that we can come to your event with the right food truck.
