As founder of our Asian food truck Asian Taste in Belgium, I am extremely proud of what I have built together with my partner Johan. Our food truck was born out of a passion for the rich flavors and smells of Asian cuisine, combined with the Belgian culture of socializing, enjoying good food and partying. The idea was simple: to offer authentic Asian dishes, snacks, soups and desserts prepared with fresh ingredients in a fast, accessible and mobile way to anyone who loves good food.
The adventure started with the dream of bringing the traditional flavours of Asia to Belgium. From spicy Thai curries to tasty Chinese dumplings, Japanese chicken skewers, our menus reflect the diversity and richness of Asian culinary traditions. Each meal is a journey in itself, with ingredients carefully selected to ensure the best quality and authenticity.
Our food truck is not just a food stall, but a meeting place, a festive event where people can enjoy our delicious snacks together, a nice meal in a relaxed atmosphere. We want everyone to feel welcome, whether you're a seasoned fan of Asian cuisine or trying something new for the first time. Our mission is to enrich the Belgian food scene with a piece of Asia.
With a strong focus on sustainability, we try to use local products as much as possible and reduce our ecological footprint. We believe that good food and respect for the planet go hand in hand.
It's been an amazing journey so far, and I'm immensely grateful for the support of our customers and partners. Together, we bring the flavours of Thailand and Asia to Belgium, and that's something we're proud of every day.
